4 Session Seasonal Detox Program The detox program is offered twice a year and the cost is $375. You can sign up for a 4 session personal detox program anytime from September-November and March-June. The program lasts about 2 weeks (week 1 is the "prep week" to prepare your body for the detox/cleanse and week 2 is when you actually follow the detox plan). Session 1: A complementary session (similar to the traditional health history consultation) where we will review your health and nutrition history and discuss why you want to do a detox program and what your personal goals are. You will be given a "detox prep sheet", you will use this the week before your detox begins. Session2: You will be presented with your personalized detox program that has been created for you and choose the date that you will begin your cleanse. Your program will consist of 4 detox plans to choose from, meal plans, recipes and tips and strategies for you to use that ensure a successful detox. Session 3: We will meet mid-week of your cleanse to evaluate, how you are feeling and where you need more support to continue your detox week. Session 4: Congratulations! At this session you will have successfully completed your detox week! We will evaluate your success and strategize how to continue on your road to optimal health!
