Hastings Healthy Living provides holistic health and nutrition coaching for women who need to kick sugar cravings, increase energy and balance their hormones so they can look and FEEL their best!
Holistic Health Coaching takes a mind/body approach to nutrition by treating the whole person rather than just the symptoms. Because there is more to a craving than just "lack of will power" and more to lack of energy than just poor nutrition.
Everything from emotions, to stress, to food needs to be addressed in order to achieve lasting results!
As a Health Coach here is what I do and don't do for my clients:
~ Give recommendations about how to incorporate a whole foods diet into everyday life
~ Offer delicious recipes that make it easy to eat a healthy whole foods diet
~ Make eating healthy FUN, because without fun, what's the point?
~ Support clients to tune into their bodies to achieve ultimate health and wellness
~ Help my clients figure out food sensitivities that may be holding back their health
~ Inspire my clients to cook!
~ Encourage my clients to make their health a PRIORITY
~ Teach my clients to trust their body and their intuition so they can achieve the healthy body they desire.
I Do Not:
~ Give strict diet recommendations
~ Guarantee weight loss, I will give you the tools and support, but the ball is in your court
~ Heal diseases (although you may heal certain health issues as your diet and lifestyle improve)
~ Have all the answers (but I will help you figure them out)
By setting personal nutrition goals you will remain consistently focused on your health, while receiving structured guidance to achieve your desired results. It is imperative to become aware of the signals your body is sending you and tap into the impact the foods you are eating everyday are having on your body!

Before working with Renee I was chronically fatigued, bloated, and generally confused about my nutritional needs.
Since working in the 6 month program I have acheived a better understanding of how nutrition impacts every aspect of daily life. I had initially gone to Renee in hopes of gaining some insight into my nutritional needs as I was contemplating preparing for another marathon.
