If possible buy these foods organic: (foods most likely to have pesticides)

apples
bell peppers
celery
cherries
grapes
nectarines
peaches
pears
potatoes
raspberries
spinach
strawberries
corn
whole wheat bread,crackers,cereals,flour
beef
dairy -yogurt,milk,cheese (due to hormones and antibiotics)
processed deli meat ,bacon,sausage


Save your $ here getting these fruits and veggies grown conventionally (non-organic):

avocados
bananas
mangoes
oranges
white breads pastas-most of the pesticides are removed in the refining process
chicken
pork
eggs
seafood-buy wild NOT farmed
